Iron chef Cat Cora comes from a family of restaurateurs. She showed considerable ability in investment planning at a young age. She brought a business plan to her father and grandfather when she was only 15 years old. She has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Biology and has completed programs at the Culinary Institute of America.

Her career in the food industry includes notable partnerships with well-known corporations like Macy’s, Disney, George Bush International Airport, and Salt Lake City International Airport. In June 2013, she married her longtime partner Jennifer. Together they have four children., but unfortunately, the couple has separated.
